Professional Interest
Diana leads recruitment initiatives for OpenView and our portfolio companies, and is passionate about introducing top candidates to companies where they will thrive.
Experience
Diana joined OpenView in 2009 and became the first member of the People team. Prior to joining OpenView, Diana was on the Investment Management and Sales and Marketing recruitment teams at Michael Page International with OpenView’s Devon McDonald. Earlier in her career, Diana interned and later worked for advertising agency Arnold Worldwide in media planning and brand promotions.
Diana briefly led a startup’s recruiting effort in Cambridge before returning to OpenView in 2012 to lead the People team and help increase candidate flow to OpenView’s portfolio companies.
Education
Diana graduated from Boston College with a BA in Communications. She is also a Certified ScrumMaster.
