Erin McDonald

Erin McDonald is responsible for bringing organization to the office and team.

Professional Interest

Erin is the purveyor of efficiency through quality administration.  She works to ensure effective processes by managing vendors and suppliers, process financial data,  prepare expense reports, process invoices and records management, support event planning.

Experience

Prior to joining OpenView, Erin was a financial analyst and office administrator for an industrial cleaning company.  Her job goals included processing payroll, creating and analyzing profit and loss statements, maintaining finances, and designing newsletters.

Erin was also a stylist and manager at a salon.  She provided management and leadership to the team and staff, oversaw and managed all company advertising and marketing, actively participated in community business groups and organizations to build company brand, provided monthly profit and loss analysis to the Owner-President, in addition to setting weekly and monthly goals for each employee.

Education

Erin received an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Quinsigamond Community College and studied Interior Design at New England Institute of Art.

Did you know?

Erin has been a hair stylist for 10 years.  She has volunteered her time to donators’ as a stylist to help Locks of Love, the public non-profit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children in the United States and Canada under age 21 suffering from long-term medical hair loss from any diagnosis.
