Katy is responsible for recruiting initiatives for both the firm and its portfolio companies.
Experience
Prior to joining OpenView, Katy recruited for Seven Step RPO, a recruiting process outsourced based company located in Boston. She worked closely with several Fortune 50 and 100 clients, where she recruited for a wide variety of corporate positions. Katy began her career with agency recruiting at Insight Global, a technical staffing firm.
Education
Katy attended James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA where she obtained a BA in Marketing with a concentration in European Business and B2C Marketing.
