Lorraine’s role is to assist in providing accurate and timely internal and external financial reporting for OpenView.
Experience
Lorraine Kelly began her career in private industry as an internal auditor for Sears, Roebuck & Company, Amstar Corporation (Domino Sugar), and Johnson & Johnson. She gained extensive experience supervising internal audits encompassing every aspect of the business and reporting the results to senior management. Lorraine served as a Consultant for Insight Venture Partners from 2001 to 2007. She also worked for the accounting firms Diane Cahill, CPA from 2000 to 2007 and Maldjian, Whale and Citta, PC (previously Thomas J. Whale & Company, LLC) from 2007 to 2012; working with a wide range of clients providing a full spectrum of accounting and taxation services.
Education
Lorraine has a BS in Accounting from Rider University with an emphasis in Decision Sciences

Lorraine enjoys volunteer work and has served as the Treasurer of her local community board of trustees, and also as a Girl Scout leader, Cub Scout leader, softball coach, and vice president of the McDivitt School PTA.
