Kyrie Robinson did a great job of verbalizing why UX design is crucial to an organization and to a product’s success. Though I don’t know that any of us needed convincing – we’ve all felt the pain of poor UX design, both within our own products and while using external applications. After establishing the high level principles on day one, she used day two to explain practical, data-driven methods for building products with great UX design.
