Infographic: Should Employees Be Allowed to Work from Home?

It’s becoming more and more common for companies to allow employees (even those that live close to the office) to work remotely.

Still,  some organizations (call them “old traditionalists”  if you’d like) maintain the importance of requiring team members to all work under the same roof. For the average boss, the decision usually comes down to a question of trust.

No matter what side of the fence you stand on, however, it’s certainly a hot topic to debate these days. The folks at Fast Company recently posted a lighthearted infographic that tackles some pros and cons of the work from home issue. It’s worth checking out — as are the opinions it’s fueled in the comments section.
