The Importance of Videos for Your Website

Understanding the role that videos play in a website can be beneficial to the traffic of a business.

In inbound marketing, when the window is ajar for a limited amount of time, it’s important to pounce. And videos, often times, can be the best way to accomplish this task.

Take Chris Brogan’s story for example. When browsing a particular website, he was immediately drawn to the videos section. Why? That part is anybody’s guess, but the results can’t be argued. If a picture is worth a thousand words, then the re-numeration for a video must be even higher.

A video doesn’t have to be perfect; it just has to accomplish its intended goal. An informational video has even more leeway. Consider this the next time you’re looking to add some compelling content to your site.
