In a number of industries such as tech, there are not enough women on sales teams or in sales leadership. We now have data showing why we want both women and men on sales teams and in leadership – the top reasons are for bigger revenues and more ROI. But how to do it? In this session, Liz Can (title) and Lori Richardson, CEO of Score More Sales will discuss a number of ideas and strategies to help companies be more compelling to women considering sales roles and we’ll also give tips for women considering a sales or sales leadership role to help them rise to the top.
