Sam is Director, Corporate Development at OpenView, where he supports the creation and execution of strategic and financial outcomes across OpenView’s portfolio, including M&A, private capital raises, IPOs, and secondary transactions.
OpenView is a multidisciplinary team of leaders who share a passion for being great coworkers and partners to some of the most exciting businesses in the world.
Prior to OpenView, Sam was an Investment Banking Associate at Canaccord Genuity, where he supported 15+ sell-side M&A deals and numerous public financings for clients in the Software, Internet and Tech-Enabled Services sectors. Sam began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at AGC Partners, supporting 7 sell-side M&A deals for clients in the Software sector.
