Scaling SaaS Sales with Mark Roberge of HubSpot

That is exactly what Mark Roberge did at HubSpot. As the very first sales hire and eventually their head of sales, he lead HubSpot to over $100 million in revenue and an IPO. We invited Mark to share his story with us and to discuss some of the key insights he has learned about what it takes to build a repeatable revenue model and a winning sales team. He will also talk about his work on helping develop the next generation of seller and the skills they need to succeed.
