In 2015, OpenView made a public commitment to narrowing the gender gap within our firm, across our portfolio and the tech ecosystem at large. This year, we’re taking that commitment one step further through our partnership with the Athena Alliance.
The Athena Alliance is a Bay-area organization that aims to create key connections to promote qualified women to board of director opportunities and help them excel as they serve in these roles. OpenView will serve as the Atlantic Northeast Hub working with Athena on their vision of building a world where women can contribute at their highest level ensuring that our society benefits from the indisputable value of gender diversity in leadership.
