AtTask Migrates its Production Site

C7 Data Centers (C7) has announced that AtTask has now completed the migration of their production site to a C7 Data Centers SAS 70 Type II facility. This migration will ensure the highest levels of dependability and security for AtTask’s critical data.

In a release, Otto Silva, director of IT operations for AtTask said, “Moving data centers can be a difficult process. However, moving to C7 has proven to be a seamless and smooth transition. The company’s staff was professional and friendly. I highly recommend C7 personnel and their facilities.”

C7 Data Centers have recently completed the SAS 70 Type II audit of their control objectives and control activities for its Lindon facilities. SAS 70 is an extensively recognized auditing standard and a Type II certification demonstrates the founding of the SAS 70 Type I controls.

In a release, Nathan Hatch, president and CEO of C7 Data Centers said, “We appreciate the opportunity to help AtTask with their data center migration to a SAS 70 Type II facility. We continue to attract customers nationally, and we remain focused on building customer loyalty by providing the highest levels of customer service, security and data center performance.”

C7 Data Centers is a national high-value data center providing solutions for colocation, disaster recovery and virtualization. The organization was started in the year 2000 and is a private limited company. Earlier C7 Data Centers was known as Center 7, Inc., however with the acquisition of TierFour Data Centers, the company changed its name to C7 Data Centers to more closely reflect the company’s true mission and identity of being an operator/provider of multiple data centers and associated services. C7’s four data centers cover more than 40,000 square feet of space and the company is further researching additional acquisition and expansion opportunities.

C7 is located at a disaster safe location and has the nation’s lowest power rates, enabling it to offer a very popular disaster recovery solution. C7 also offers a robust colocation, data backup and virtual server cloud environment. The company is committed to provide the highest level of customer service along with low cost, disaster safe data center solutions.
