Client Sales Executive (NYC)

The Role

Pantheon is currently looking for a motivated, proactive and energetic individual to join our Client Sales team. You will be responsible for partnering with existing clients in a consultative sales partner to drive revenue and upsell opportunities during the renewal cycle

Cool Stuff You’ll Do

build relationships with your client base and drive upsell

identify new revenue opportunities

increase awareness and drive more developer usage on the Platform

collaborate with teammates to ensure client satisfaction and needs are met

twice/quarter customer site visits

What You Bring To The Table

BA/BS or equivalent

3-5+ years experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive or a mix of both

demonstrated experience selling to a technical audience, ideally Technical Decision Makers

proven success selling complex solutions and services

innate ability wrt negotiating price, terms and conditions, and generating customer case studies

ability to exceed an annual quota of $3M-$5M

Bonus Points For

practical knowledge of Drupal and WordPress

familiarity with open source solutions and web infrastructure

strong knowledge of SaaS, IaaS and/or PaaS solutions in the market

previous experience selling to Higher Education or complex, large-scale institutions
