Executive Network Coordinator

As the Executive Network Coordinator, you’ll be a key liaison between our network, the OpenView team and our portfolio/prospect companies, delivering an exceptional experience to all involved. This is a unique opportunity to dive into the cross-functional world of business development, marketing and recruiting.


  • Source both active and passive new-to-network candidates by identifying and engaging target profiles through creative messaging and outreach channels like LinkedIn
  • Coordinate and schedule a variety of meetings (phone, video, in-office) between executives and OpenView’s Ecosystem Team
  • Work with the team on ideation, planning, execution and follow up of executive events 
  • Learn and manage our different tools (primarily Salesforce and LinkedIn), logging introductions/calls/emails on a weekly basis
  • Work with the team to pull together and deliver updates for OpenView
  • Help organize and execute on quarterly swag sends, including holiday gifts and thank you notes
  • Manage the logistics and planning of the OpenView Portfolio Leadership Community calls including, but not limited to, calendar invites and Zoom links
  • Serve as a liaison between the Investment and Ecosystem Teams, working with the appropriate points to determine and execute on new-to-network outreach strategy for top prospects

About You:

  • You have at least one year of experience working as a recruiter/sourcer, inside sales rep, or business development rep in the software industry
  • You’re the most organized and detail-oriented person you know  
  • You’re an all-around excellent communicator: in-person, on the phone and over email
  • You’re customer-focused with a service mindset and a genuine love for helping people
  • You’re a go-getter and have the ability to interpret directions and take initiative
  • You’re an out-of-the-box creative thinker and problem solver who can bring ideas to the table 
  • You’re proactive, often thinking two steps ahead whenever possible
  • You’re a lifelong learner 
  • You’re agile and able to manage multiple projects at one time
