CSG Upgrades Technology Infrastructure to Support Customer Service “Supercenter” and National Expansion
Consolidated Services Group, Inc. (CSG), a technology-driven, clinically-based medical claims management provider, today announced that Xtium, a leading enterprise cloud software and solutions company, will provide the enhanced technology infrastructure to support the company’s new Hamilton, New Jersey “supercenter” and continued nationwide expansion.
Founder and CEO Michael Morrone said, “This state-of-the-art technology infrastructure advances CSG’s position as a medical claims management innovator. The increased capabilities will support our nationwide expansion, empowering CSG to compete successfully with any medical management provider.”
CSG will utilize Xtium’s state-of-the-art top-tier data centers to host CSG’s medlogix® technology to provide increased performance, resiliency and data redundancy. The infrastructure will also offer improved security and disaster recovery capabilities. Importantly, it will deliver increased capacity and flexibility for future growth and agility.
CIO Stan Tomasevich said, “We are very excited to deploy this powerful Xtium technology solution. The improved resiliency, security and flexibility will benefit all medlogix® users and clients, providing improved performance and significant scalability for future expansion.”
Medlogix®, CSG’s proprietary web-based case management and bill review software, integrates all CSG services in a customizable, user-friendly platform. With real-time access to the ongoing medical management of a claim, users can track step-by-step case progress for medical case management, case status, provider billing and IME status. Nurses and adjusters can communicate online in real time using the medlogix® bulletin board messaging system. Leveraging this technology, CSG provides a direct link to information and decisions critical to maximizing efficiencies in the complex, claims-handling process.
“Xtium is pleased to be CSG’s trusted technology partner and provide the infrastructure and managed cloud hosting services to support its growth and innovation,” said Tim Buckley, CEO, Xtium. “We look forward to assisting CSG in its continued nationwide expansion and providing its users and clients with improved technology performance.”
