Customer Experience Expert Jackie Golden Joins OpenView as Senior Advisor

As a Senior Advisor, Golden will primarily serve as a consultant, working directly with OpenView’s portfolio of expansion-stage B2B software companies to optimize their customer success and customer experience functions. With over 18 years of experience in building high performing customer experience models with profitable services organizations at the center, Golden has earned her reputation as one of the B2B software industry’s foremost customer success experts.

“Jackie has already worked with two of OpenView’s portfolio companies and the feedback from the CEOs of those companies was incredibly positive,” said OpenView founder Scott Maxwell. “We are thrilled to add her to our already strong roster of Senior Advisors and excited to see how she will enhance the value-add services we offer our portfolio companies.”

Alongside serving as the CEO of LandNExpand, Golden is an author, sought after speaker, and executive coach who has a background in implementing customer-centric approaches in high-growth software businesses. In addition to IBM and Hyperion, Golden has also worked with OpenView portfolio companies AtTask and VersionOne. She has an undergraduate degree in international business from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, and an Executive MBA from San Diego State University.

“I believe my skillset and experience are an ideal fit for OpenView’s unique approach to helping expansion-stage software companies get — and keep — more customers,” Golden said. “Having already worked with AtTask and VersionOne, I’ve witnessed firsthand the firm’s focus and commitment to that mission. I’m honored to be a part of such a fantastic group of Senior Advisors and can’t wait to get started helping OpenView’s portfolio optimize their customer success organizations.”
