The Web-based utility enables partners to manage their MSP business and all the processes associated with their Intronis Online Backup + Recovery solution.
The site enables MSPs to monitor the status of their backups, manage customer accounts, administer billing procedures, analyze storage usage by customer, and more. The layout, navigation, features, and tools are designed to empower partners with information for improving workflow and servicing their customers more efficiently.
Features include dashboards for data analysis, ability to customize communication with clients, view of all portal functions, and multiple levels of control with access rights, preferences, and user profiles.
