Intronis Names New VP of Engineering and Delivery

Jay Bolgatz, a 25-year veteran of commercial software development, has been named as vice president of engineering and delivery.

 
Boston, MA – Intronis Online Backup and Recovery, a SAS-70 certified solution for managed service providers, today announced that Jay Bolgatz has joined the company as its vice president of engineering and delivery. Bolgatz, a 25-year veteran of commercial software development, has held engineering leadership roles at SunGard BSR, Iron Mountain, Informix, Digital, Exit41, and Revenio.

Most recently at Exit41, Bolgatz lead cross-functional teams, multi-site engineering efforts, and off-shore development and testing. He also managed the merger of a 65 person development team while at Iron Mountain, and drove five releases of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) thin-client application while at Revenio.

Bolgatz earned a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
