uSamp Revenue Grows 167 Percent, Doubles Investment in Technology Platform
Encino, CA – uSamp, one of the world’s fastest growing technology and online sample companies, announced today that it recorded revenue growth of 167 percent in year-over-year results, driven by an increase in global consumer panels and river sampling, along with solid growth in tracking studies derived from the recent acquisition of DMS Insights.
The company also announced plans to double the rate of investment in its next-generation technology platform. uSamp commenced building its panel platform for market research companies in 2008, resulting in product releases such as PanelNet™, SampleMarket™ and PanelBook Search. The announcements came at the opening of ESOMAR’s Odyssey 2010 Congress, The Changing Face of Market Research, in Athens, Greece.
In response to demand for more robust, web-based tools and efficiencies in managing online market research sample, uSamp will release its SampleMarket 2.0 platform, complete with a developer’s kit and APIs (Application Programming Interface), in the fourth quarter.
According to the 2010 Market Research Supplier Satisfaction Survey, uSamp ranked #3 overall in highest customer satisfaction ratings for online sample providers. In the same report, the company was included in the top ten by share of online sample providers.
