Leading Agile Lifecycle Management Software Company Adds Experienced Financial Leader Verome Johnston to Its Team

ATLANTA, GA – VersionOne, a leader in agile lifecycle management solutions, announced today that it has added Chief Financial Officer Verome Johnston to its accomplished leadership team. Verome joins VersionOne to help manage accelerating growth and meet increasing customer demand in the agile software development solutions market.

Verome brings more than 25 years of broad experience in multiple leadership roles in both public and private companies where he has worked in finance, accounting and operations. Verome most recently served as interim CFO of Bomgar after TA Associates’ acquisition of the company. He also previously served as CFO of GoodCents Holdings from 2008 to 2014 and CFO of CDC Corporation and CDCSoftware from 2005 to 2007.

Before joining CDC, Verome was corporate controller and then vice president and CFO of Ross Systems from 1998 until 2005. In 2005, the Ross management team consummated the sale of Ross Systems to CDC. Verome began his career at Deloitte.
