If you are developing software and using (or trying to use) agile development practices throughout your product management lifecycle, this is a great resource. If you are working hard on customer development or working on improving your business methodologies (e.g., product management processes, sales and marketing or sales and marketing support processes, recruiting support processes, management rhythm) and want a great conceptual guide to modeling any change initiative using a lightweight agile approach, this is also a great resource (although you will need to map the practices from development to the area that you are working on, which will take some thought).
