Company Aspirations: Checklist for the Administrator

February 16, 2011

This is a part of a series that was created to help you define what you aspire to be as a company. This series will walk through the process, necessary roles, in addition to guides for each role to define your aspirations quickly.

The administrator is responsible for initiating and maintaining the program, monitoring progress, measuring results, and suggesting changed to the CEO and executive team.  The administrator may be an executive assistant, someone in marketing, someone in HR, or anyone else who has an interest and the skill to fulfill the role.

The Administrator’s Checklist

  • The CEO/executive team has completed their checklist.
  • The management team has a solid communication plan to get all the employees up the learning curve and I will ensure that it is well executed.
  • I have a clear idea on the measures and measurement frequency that I will be responsible for gathering.
  • I understand my responsibilities for keeping this practice and its results front and center with the CEO and executive team.

Next week I’ll share a guide to help the facilitator run the workshop.
