CRM – Are You Plugged In?

February 9, 2010

Are you familiar with CRM? CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. CRM implementation is the key to success for a lot of companies these days. Many folks rely on these relationship management platforms to aid with providing the best customer service to their customers. Building strong relationships with your customers, and keeping in close touch with them, is an excellent way to keep them loyal amongst the competition. One of the most popular CRM options out there is called Salesforce.com, and I’ve been using it for years. Some companies have one dedicated member of their team who is responsible for dealing with their Salesforce administration, where as others give all members of their team the training and access to use this powerful tool to its full capability. Salesforce implementation has helped me manage my daily workload, set follow-up tasks for myself, and create reports to measure data. Customer Relationship Management can be very beneficial for any business if it is leveraged to fit your individual needs. If you’re not already plugged into the CRM outlet, I’d highly recommend giving it a try.
