Dont Forget to Check, Reflect and Set for Q4!

Q3 is almost over and its about time for management teams to check, reflect and set. Retrospect on what happened over the past three months and focus in on what you need to do as you are finishing out the year to complete your business growth strategies. We are entering the last quarter and its go time! We are going through the process this week at OpenView Venture Partners by having our outbound team and operational support teams sitting down individually to do the following:

  • review the results that have been achieved thus far for the quarter
  • review any chronic impediments that were plaguing the quarter
  • discuss any key learnings and upcoming adjustments that are essential for next quarter
  • commit to goals that need to be achieved for next quarter that align with the team’s annual goals
