DoubleVerify Raises $10M in Second Round

DoubleVerify, a leading provider of online advertising verification, raised $10 million in venture funding from Institutional Venture Partners in early March. Venture capital firms and existing investors Blumberg, First Round, and Genacast participated. DoubleVerify provides ad agencies, marketers and publishers the ability to verify their campaigns for brand safety and consistency, delivery accuracy and regulatory compliance. According to DoubleVerify, the company currently verifies over 25 billion impressions per month, is profitable, and has grown from 10 to 45 employees is one year. The expansion capital will be used to accelerate customer acquisition and expand the number of services the company offers its customers.
