Exploring OpenView’s Recruiting Support

OpenView Labs offers operational support in various functional areas to the expansion stage companies which have received venture funding from OpenView Venture Partners. Since the Labs’ inception, one aspect of this support has been working with our portfolio companies on their high priority recruitment initiatives. In 2009, OpenView decided to bring me aboard as the first person whose sole focus was to offer recruiting support to our portfolio companies.
We have recently released a case study (using Zmags) which dives further into OpenView’s recruiting philosophy, best practices and successes.
