What is the cultivation process like for ideas?

Is there a process that your brain goes through before it shoots out an idea? Or is it about the atmosphere that’s been set? There are certainly people that are capable of great ideas that aren’t in the ideal environment to create. There are companies, too, that are preventing themselves from churning out ideas as a result of their operational management or company strategy.

Certainly, ideas are integral to a company. Many are built on just one idea, while others are founded on a combination. Leadership plays a large role in idea cultivation and creation, too. Depending on the leadership of a company, ideas can either be promoted or overlooked.
