Intelligent employees feed into a productive culture that can improve a company’s positioning. When you’re able to hire smarter people than the competition, you’re vastly improving your standings in the market.

When Google first launched, their focus was always on hiring the smartest people they could possibly reach. They did so by making it clear that they wanted the most intelligent people at their company. Their hiring advertisements said as much. And what did they get? The smartest people they could.
