Loyalty Lab launches Brandpulse

One of our portfolio companies, Loyalty Lab, just launched their new product Brandpulse.

Brandpulse is created for the needs of consumer brand marketers. The product captures and analyzes consumer activities from multiple channels including social media, mobile, online, and in-store. By connecting and understanding consumer transactions and interactions, Loyalty Lab Brandpulse actively rewards brand advocacy to strengthen customer relationships over time.

The company is building off of their strength in the retail segment, where it has customers like 1-800Flowers and Virgin America. OpenView invested expansion capital in Loyalty Lab over two years ago. As trusted venture capital advisors, we have been able to work very closely with the company in helping it attack its target market. Overall, I am very excited about the new product and think it is exactly what consumer brands need.
