Put Some Sparks In Your Best Practices Process

June 22, 2010

Is your company looking for ways to improve your best practices process? The answer to this question should always be yes. If you sit in your comfort zone too long, you will lose the spark that brought you to that comfort zone in the first place. There is always room for improvement, and a rolling stone gathers no moss.

I was doing some research recently, and found this article that touches on some ways to implement creativity in the workplace, as well as helping your employees grow as individuals. This would be an ideal opportunity to demonstrate to your employees that they can be agile, and that you are willing to constantly redefine your agile development methods. Many management teams push their employees too hard without giving them time to reflect, recharge, and tap into their creativity. I’d highly recommend reading the article, and giving some of these methods a try.
