Review of Recent Venture Transactions

Here at OpenView Venture Partners we know that a very important part of the search for new expansion stage technology companies is actually tracking the investments that have already taken place in the internet software space. Therefore, I will dedicate a series of my blog posts to recent venture funding transactions that have provided interesting, growing businesses with the expansion capital they need to ramp up their product development, business development, and/or sales and marketing efforts. Since my blog posts are not categorized by content I will mark each of the entries in this series with the picture on the right. I have been gathering information for the companies and their funding transactions from different sources like TechCrunch, VentureDeal, SEC filings, Companies’ press releases, and different tech news websites and blog publications. I hope that my blogs will be interesting and useful, to those curious about interesting companies that have recently raised capital.
