Professional advancement can take many forms–degree programs, seminars, books, etc. I have been reading a blog written by Richard Rinyai called The Professional Assistant that has not only been helpful but also educational.
Richard blogs about a wide variety of topics including operational support, tips and tricks for Microsoft Office (Access, Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook), office trends, prioritizing, organizing, and a plethora of other subjects.
