To help provide strategic consulting services to the expansion stage software companies in our portfolio, I am always on the lookout for great, highly focused consulting companies in the arenas of product management and development.

I recently came across the Cutter Consortium, www.cutter.com/. They do all kinds of consulting and training, ranging from product management process, to Agile development methodologies, to senior management team coaching.

Their strength seems to come from a reliance on a network of true deep field experts, including academics, consultants, coaches, and practitioners, similar to OpenView, just on a much larger scale.

I look forward to meeting these guys and learning more, and will keep you updated as I do.
