To balance this we at OpenView Venture Partners host a fun firm event every quarter. These events are meant to help build and strengthen our team bonds and to maintain employee happiness. We abide by the thought that happy employees lead to a productive firm.

Some of the successful events we have had in the past include: F1 Racing, Paintball, Dinner and Drinks, Bowling, Boston Harbor Cruise (when the tall ships were in port), and a weekend trip to Sebago Lake in Maine.
