Balancing speed and quality is necessary when you’re looking to achieve a perfect ratio of productivity.

Numerous metrics exist to explain where a company stands in regards to its speed of production. Far fewer analytical measurements exist to meter the quality of a company’s productivity. But determining the quality of the product is equally important as tracking its speed.

All companies should have instituted a best practices process to keep careful watch of their product and development. Doing this assures that customer support will be minimal and customer retention, as a result, will be higher.
