The year 2010 is almost over and it’s about time for management teams to check, reflect and set. Retrospect on what happened over the past year and focus on what your vision and business growth strategies should look like for 2011. Soon you will be entering a new year with new target goals and you want to hit the ground running once January 1st arrives.
