As an employee at a Fortune 5000 Company, he learned a lot about the common mistakes that happen in a company. But the weight of the problems weren’t falling squarely on his shoulders.
Additionally, his desire to be an entrepreneur was revitalized because he saw someone else’s creation thriving. Undoubtedly, you will need firsthand experience if you’re ever going to create a viable startup. But before you can execute in that regard, you will need to do some research under the supervision of others.
