MightyMeeting

I’ve blogged about scheduling software in the past couple of weeks and how it solves a particularly annoying pain point. As the business world continues to go mobile and as smartphones and tablet get smarter there is a constant ability to give a product demo on the go. Enter stage left: MightyMeeting…a mobile meeting app for iPhone and Android platform handsets as well as PC and the iPad launched in December and just announced a 300k seed round. Beyond being able to schedule and invite people to view meetings from your mobile phone or computer, users can also store and manage presentations from a tablet or smartphone…something I have received plenty of, in fact OpenView Venture Partners server’s are overloaded with expansion stage company presentation decks (this is a good thing).

I really like the idea of people being able to start or join web meetings directly from my phone and MightyMeeting totally enables me to do just that.
