OpenView’s New Careers Site is Up and Running!

Last Friday, OpenView Venture Partners‘ website was synced with our Taleo Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and we officially launched our new Careers page!

Now, instead of manually entering each resume I receive into our ATS, resumes will automatically upload into our system as candidates apply directly to the positions for which I am providing recruiting support. Our expansion stage companies are always hiring, and it was important for me to communicate that through our Job Search Results page. I worked with Taleo to provide links to each of our portfolio companies’ Careers sites after potential candidates conduct searches, so that they are able to find the full listing of opportunities at each company. I also worked OpenView’s Marketing Analyst, Amanda Maksymiw, to make sure that our Careers page was seamless with the rest of our site. I am pleased with the results, and hope that our enhanced Careers site will mean increased traffic and a higher number of applicants for each position.
