Think you can offer exceptional customer service without being easily visible (and accessible) to your customers? You can’t.

Great customer service should be easy to find; it shouldn’t take much searching. In this short video, Bill Price of Driva Solutions explains that all of the customer support channels at your disposal need to be utilized. Don’t limit yourself to any single medium. If your customers need to make immediate contact with your company, they should be able to do so.

Price says that companies need to be be available for customer support whenever their customers need them to be. If an issues comes up, part of having great customer service is being able to address it on the fly.
