Your customers are out there, waiting to be uncovered. Research is what will separate you from your competition, however.
But you need a process to test your theories before you can implement them. In terms of your customers, you’ll need to first look into marketing segmentation and delve into this area. Get your hands dirty. Do the legwork that is required before you can get to where you want to be. You need to find your customer in their natural habitat, talk to them and get all of the most relevant information from them.
