When it comes to customer service, some countries do it better than others. Before getting into which countries offer the best customer service for your outsourcing needs, consider the importance of paying particular attention to your customers. Through customer support, you can not only acquire new clients, but you can become better positioned to improve your customer retention rates.

As far as the countries that offer the best customer service, it’s not what might you expect. Yes, India and outlying countries rank high on the list. But South American countries are quickly gaining recognition for their contributions to outsourced customer service.
