Boston is a college city; we have tons of students (of age, of course) that get drunk and drive. There is a new company which sprang up called Boston Designated Drivers (BDD). The founders, Raymer Maguire and Joe Stokes, recognized a need and created the business. This is not a new business model, the new thing about it is the market.
