As a Partner at OpenView, Vinnie oversees the firm’s proactive portfolio management strategy. In that capacity, he is responsible for all follow-on investment, liquidity, and portfolio strategy activities across the portfolio. Vinnie joined the firm in 2020 to lead our Corporate Development function. Since then, he has also created or led OpenView’s data analytics, investment operations, and capital markets functions.

Prior to OpenView, Vinnie was Director of Corporate Development & Strategy at Tripadvisor, where he was responsible for inorganic growth initiatives, business development, and internal capital allocation decisions. Before Tripadvisor, he was a member of the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications coverage group at Barclays Investment Bank, where he advised companies on M&A and capital raising activities.
