Carlie is responsible for recruiting initiatives at both the firm and its portfolio companies.
Experience
Prior to joining the team at OpenView, Carlie began her career at the staffing firm Winter, Wyman & Company, where she recruited for top Accounting, Finance and Human Resource professionals in the New York City and Boston markets.
Education
Carlie received her Bachelor’s of Science from Boston College with dual concentrations in Marketing and Human Resource Management.

Carlie is a former elected official. She served as a City Councilor in her hometown of Everett, MA from 2010-2012.
